Gateway Plaza

Gateway Plaza represents a new model for breathing life into older shopping centers. The 80,000 square foot retail center, originally built in the 1960s and located adjacent to the thriving Woodcrest neighborhood, is a mixed-use, community-centered destination that celebrates the best of local businesses. At Gateway Plaza, guests can drop kids off for childcare or even a computer coding school, visit a bakery, get their dog groomed, purchase accessories from a nonprofit providing transitional living wage jobs for vulnerable women, grab a beer at a brewery, take craft classes, learn to the play the violin, work out, enjoy the outdoors - and so much more. The anchor tenant, Raleigh Founded, provides 25,000 square feet of co-working and event space.
